Job summary

Baronres seeks an experienced real estate asset management professional to join our team in New York. You will support budgeting, reporting, and financial forecasting while driving portfolio performance across a diverse multifamily portfolio.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of asset management, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication with stakeholders. You will collaborate with Property Management and Accounting teams, monitor occupancy and expenses, and contribute to strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
3–5 years of real estate asset management experience with strong understanding of property-level financials.
Advanced Excel: budgeting and financial modeling with complex formulas.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing detailed annual budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting.
Monitor leasing, occupancy, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Develop reports to support revenue optimization, cost management and utility tracking.
Review analyst reports for accuracy and communicate key trends and risks.
