Richman Asset Management, Inc. in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Real Estate Support and Portfolio Data Management Professional for a full-time role. This position focuses on overseeing portfolio data, investor reporting, and cross-team coordination within RAM’s asset management framework.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university (3.0+ GPA).
• Experience in real estate data management or finance is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee quarterly and year-end reporting process which includes preparation of internal database and custom reports
• Posting reports to various investor portals
• Complete miscellaneous investor requests
• Manage all real estate portfolio data in the internal database
• Manage monthly occupancy reporting
• Minimum distribution process – sending invoices, tracking checks
• Administration of various internal file protocols
• Monitoring of liability and property insurance coverage through Insurance Advisors (IA)
• Processing department invoices with the accounting department
• Guide various requirements of each of the investor reporting cycles.
• Collection and tracking of certain financial statements
• Maintenance of the Richman investor portal
• Organization and scheduling of RAM trainings and events
• Oversee collection of various property data including tax information
• Coordinate various conference events.
• Miscellaneous project requests as needed
