The role contributes to the firm's valuations program, supports asset and business strategy across properties, monitors performance against benchmarks, and helps prepare investor and senior management reporting for a diverse institutional investor base.

Formación

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in real estate asset management, real estate valuations/consulting, acquisitions, or investment banking with a real estate M&A focus preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across functions

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the execution of the firm's quarterly and annual valuations program, including coordination with internal teams and third-party valuation providers
• Support the development and ongoing refinement of asset and business strategy for properties across the portfolio
• Monitor asset and portfolio performance against budget, underwriting, and market benchmarks
• Prepare and assist in the production of investor reporting materials and senior management presentations
• Analyze property-level financial statements, market data, and operating metrics to support decision-making
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Asset Management Analyst to join its asset management team.
