Job summary

Richmark is seeking an entry-level Asset Management Associate to support the Director of Asset Management. You will enter and maintain data for reporting, leases, lender requests, due diligence, and compliance, preparing work for review.

The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and eager to learn real estate asset management, with advanced Excel skills and experience with RealPage preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate, property management, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management software preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) and dashboard building.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for quarterly and annual bank and investor reports and financials.
• Update portfolio dashboard monthly with property information and financials.
• Enter lease terms and contracts into RealPage; maintain tenant records.
• Prepare replacement reserves, lender documents, and due diligence files.
• Track licenses, energy benchmarking, and renewals; meet deadlines.
