CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Photographer for South Bend, IN. You will capture 3‑D tours and floorplans, and produce high‑quality photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

The role requires 2+ years of real estate photography, a valid FAA Part 107 license, and strong time management and communication skills. You will work on-site, travel locally, and uphold safety standards and professional representation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of professional or real estate photography experience.
• Drone photographer experience with FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer.
• Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data entry skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
• Independent work capability in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floorplans using Matterport Pro3.
• Create high‑quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Schedule and complete appointments for core territory clients.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales teams, dispatch, researchers, and management.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
• Navigate grids to identify inventory and ensure full data coverage.
• Adhere to safety standards to protect vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
