Job summary

CoStar Group in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an Associate Photographer to create 3-D virtual tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using Matterport Pro3 cameras and professional gear. The role involves photographing residential properties, coordinating with scheduling, and delivering marketing-ready imagery.

You will work with clients, sales and research teams, while adhering to safety standards and maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a photography degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service with a client-first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 drone license/certification required within 30 days of offer.
• Excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet apps; Apple iOS knowledge.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Current valid driver's license; driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3.
• Photograph homes for marketing and listings.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure market coverage in assigned areas.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Represent CoStar Group in a professional manner.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
