Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer for Fort Wayne, IN to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and property photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work within a core territory, coordinating appoin­tments and delivering high-quality imagery for real estate marketing.

The role requires 2+ years of photography experience, real estate photography expertise, and a valid driver’s license. A FAA Part 107 license is required within 30 days of offer.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management to prioritize tasks.
• Identify new inventory and properties to photograph within assigned territory.
