Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer for the South Bend, IN area to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will service a defined territory, schedule appointments, and work with a team across sales, logistics, and management.

The role requires at least 2 years of professional photography experience, a real estate photography background, and a FAA Part 107 license.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a photographer or recently earned photography degree.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• FAA Part 107 license/certification within 30 days of offer.
• Excellent time management and detail orientation.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet, and iOS products.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researchers, and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and photograph commercial properties to ensure coverage.
• Follow safety standards to safeguard vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
