CoStar Group in South Bend, IN seeks an Associate Photographer to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and property photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will manage a defined territory, schedule visits, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure data quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in real estate photography, a FAA Part 107 license, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service experience with a client first mindset.
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Additionally, Apple IOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Responsabilités

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 and photography equipment.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management.
• Identify new inventory and optimize market coverage when not photographing a residential home.
• Follow CoStar safety standards to safeguard equipment and vehicle.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
