Job summary

CoStar Group, based in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an Associate Photographer to contribute high-quality real estate photography, 3-D virtual tours, and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com. The role involves independent field work, coordinating with sales and dispatch teams, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of professional photography experience, a FAA Part 107 license, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Professional photographer experience or a recently earned photography degree.
• Strong customer service experience with a client-first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license/certificate obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail-oriented.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS applications.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving record check required before start.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs showcasing homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Cover market areas by photographing commercial real estate data.
