Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Fort Wayne, IN to capture high-quality real estate photos, 3-D tours, and floor plans for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work with Matterport Pro3 and professional camera gear to create compelling marketing visuals for residential properties.

The role requires at least 2 years of professional real estate photography experience, strong client communication, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional real estate photography experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 license/certification within 30 days of offer.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3 and photography equipment.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Identify new inventory and commercial properties to be photographed when not in residential homes.
