Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking Associate Photographers to support Homes.com and Apartments.com in capturing 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties. You will service a defined territory, work with Matterport Pro3 cameras, and create marketing-ready imagery.

Responsibilities include photography for residential homes, coordinating with scheduling and dispatch, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• Proficient photographer with professional demeanor.
• Strong communication with clients, sales, researchers and management.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Capable of data entry and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 and photography equipment.
• Create a portfolio of high-quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients and teams to align priorities and tasks.
• Identify new inventory and ensure comprehensive real estate data coverage.
• Adhere to safety standards for vehicle and equipment usage.
• Represent CoStar professionally in all interactions.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
