Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services team, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. This senior, client-facing role combines strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, and compliance.

You will advise fund sponsors and GP clients on capital strategy, fund structuring, growth planning, and major financial decisions, while overseeing the financial infrastructure to operate complex real estate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of accounting and finance experience with real estate private equity fund structures.
• Experience with fund accounting, capital accounts, waterfall or promote calculations, and US GAAP reporting.
• Experience with real estate debt structures and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors and general partners.
• Develop forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and performance insights for portfolio strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead investor reporting, NAV, and capital account reporting, including IRR and equity multiple.
