Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services practice, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. This senior, client-facing advisory role combines strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, compliance, and real estate expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of accounting/finance experience with real estate private equity fund structures.
• Experience with fund accounting, capital accounts, waterfall, and US GAAP reporting for investment funds.
• Experience with real estate debt structures, loan covenants, and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership as CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors/GPs.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and performance insights for portfolio strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead investor reporting, NAV, capital accounts, and performance metrics.
• Oversee fund governance, oversight, and compliance with governing documents and US GAAP.
