Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services practice, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. This senior, client-facing role combines strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, and compliance.

You will advise fund sponsors on capital strategy, fund structuring, growth planning, and major financial decisions, while overseeing the financial infrastructure of the funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Experience with fund accounting, capital accounts, waterfall calculations, and US GAAP reporting.
• Knowledge of real estate debt structures and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors and general partners.
• Develop forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and performance insights.
• Lead financial oversight across real estate funds, including budgeting and liquidity planning.
• Oversee fund governance, reporting, and compliance with governing documents and US GAAP.
• Partner with legal/compliance on regulatory obligations and lead annual audit processes.
