EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services practice, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. The role combines strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, and real estate expertise.

The CFO will advise fund sponsors and general partners on capital strategy, structuring, growth planning, and major financial decisions, while overseeing the funds' financial infrastructure and operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of accounting and finance experience, including real estate private equity fund structures (fund of funds, joint ventures, co-investments).
• Experience with fund accounting, capital accounts, waterfalls/promotes, and US GAAP reporting for investment funds.
• Experience with real estate debt structures, loan covenants, and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise fund sponsors and GPs on capital strategy, fund structuring, growth planning, and major financial decisions.
• Lead financial oversight across complex real estate funds, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, capital accounts, preferred returns, and waterfall calculations across LP/GP structures.
