Qualifications

• 15+ years of accounting and finance experience in real estate private equity fund structures (fund of funds, joint ventures, co-investment vehicles)
• Experience with fund accounting, capital accounts, waterfall/promote calculations, and US GAAP reporting for investment funds
• Experience with real estate debt structures, loan covenants, and financing processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted CFO advisor to real estate fund sponsors and GPs on capital strategy and major financial decisions
• Develop forward-looking financial models, forecasts, and performance insights for portfolio strategy and capital allocation
• Lead investor reporting and performance measurement (NAV, IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash)
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and liquidity planning across funds and entities
