Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced Outsourced Chief Financial Officer to join our Outsourced Services practice, focusing on real estate private equity fund clients. This senior advisory role combines strategic financial leadership with fund accounting, reporting, governance, and compliance.

You will oversee capital strategy, fund structure, and major financial decisions for sponsors and general partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 15+ years of accounting/finance experience with real estate private equity fund structures.
• Experience with fund accounting, capital maintenance, waterfalls or promote calculations.
• Experience with US GAAP financial reporting for investment funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership as a trusted CFO advisor to real estate funds.
• Oversee fund governance, reporting, budgeting, and liquidity planning.
• Lead investor reporting, NAV, IRR, and cash-on-cash analyses.
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and major financial decisions.
