Job summary

Frontdoor, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate partners across multiple Virginia locations. You will serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure timely solution delivery and sales growth.

A strong track record in sales, relationship management, and account planning is essential, with travel required. You will coordinate progress, manage CRM activity, and contribute to national relationships in your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 5+ years in sales, with home warranty or real estate exposure preferred.
• Ability to travel and work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact with real estate partners.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with account stakeholders.
• Provide timely responses via email, phone, presentations, and meetings.
• Drive account growth and sales while meeting company objectives.
• Ensure on-time delivery of solutions aligned with partner needs.
• Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track account metrics in the CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Support partners through in-person presence and ongoing engagement.
