Job summary

Atlas Real Estate Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow the business through relationship generation and upfront services for owners, brokers, and investors. You will coordinate operations to maintain a healthy pipeline and support the property management team as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Prospect into target markets and build owner/investor lists.
Represent Atlas at industry events to generate pipeline.
Develop referrals with brokers, CPAs, and 1031 intermediaries.
Prepare proposals and management agreements for meetings.
Maintain CRM with accurate leads and stages.
Report weekly on pipeline KPIs.
Collaborate with growth and marketing on campaigns.
Manage existing relationships and expansion opportunities.
