Responsibilities

• Prospect into target markets and build owner/investor lists.
• Represent Atlas at industry events to generate pipeline.
• Develop referrals with brokers, CPAs, and 1031 intermediaries.
• Prepare proposals and management agreements for meetings.
• Maintain CRM with accurate leads and stages.
• Report weekly on pipeline KPIs.
• Collaborate with growth and marketing on campaigns.
• Manage existing relationships and expansion opportunities.
