Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years mortgage servicing experience, with 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Independent worker who can prioritize duties and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal/state lending regulations and credit union products.
• Willingness to travel to other branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Real Estate Loan Servicing team to meet department goals.
• Ensure compliant operations with federal, state, and internal policies.
• Oversee processing of property taxes, escrow analyses, and mortgage insurance.
• Review and approve insurance claims and mortgage product modifications.
• Generate HMDA LAR data and respond to QC reviews.
• Provide support to borrowers and branches with servicing documentation.
• Prepare TRID-compliant Home Equity closing documents for branches.
• Balance daily ledgers and ensure timely department settlement.
