Member Support Services, LLC is seeking an accomplished Lending Manager with expertise in real estate and mortgage lending to lead a multi-tenant team, including onshore and offshore staff. The role centers on delivering exceptional service while overseeing underwriting, processing, closing, and servicing operations.

Qualifications

• High level of experience in real estate/mortgage lending within financial institutions or Fintech.
• Leadership experience managing teams in multi-tenant environments with onshore and offshore staff.
• Strong focus on member experience and customer service.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments serving multiple clients.
• Knowledge of mortgage origination systems and core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of underwriting, processing, closing, and servicing staff, including offshore teams.
• Serve as primary contact for credit union partners and ensure service levels are met.
• Lead and coach both onshore and offshore teams for high performance and collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Oversee secondary market loan sales, including FNMA activity and rate lock processes.
• Ensure compliance with NCUA, CFPB, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, and fair lending rules.
