Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and visitors at reception.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls professionally.
• Observing business etiquette and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Directing mail, faxes, and deliveries to appropriate recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing as needed.
• Preparing refreshments when needed
