AZAD Technology Partners seeks a Realty Technician to support the Project Technical Support Supervisor within the Real Property Field Services organization. This on-site role combines office and field work across the Pacific Northwest, with overnight travel as needed.

The position is a 2-year plus consultant role, full-time in Redmond, Oregon, with benefits and potential for long-term employment based on performance and project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates Degree is preferred.
• 3 years of property management, real estate, title review or related work experience is required.
• Course work or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, precedent cases, and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations is required.
• Knowledge of real property services incl. Geospatial, Survey/Mapping, and Realty Field/Support Services.
• Knowledge of real estate documents: deeds, mortgages, liens, and title reports.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Realty Technician and provide support to the Project Technical Support Supervisor within the Real Property Field Services organization. This assignment involves office work (50%) and field work (50%) to support Realty Specialists within their respective regional offices, involving overnight travel, throughout the facility service area of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Western Montana, Northern Nevada, Northern California, and Western Wyoming.

This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full time on site based in Redmond, Oregon with onsite 5 days per week. The hourly pay rate for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.09)is between $28.46 and $33.09 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Associates Degree is preferred.

3 years of property management, real estate, title review or related work experience is required.

Course work or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, precedent cases, and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations is required.

Professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of Real Property Services, which may include Geospatial Services, Survey and Mapping, Real Property Field Services, Realty Support Services, or experience coordinating projects that include these support services.

Knowledge of real estate documents including but not limited to: Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, Quit Claim Deeds, Liens, property title reports, and assessor/treasurer property information reports.

Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Excellent verbal and written communications, including grammar, tense, voice, etc.
