Job summary

The Sky Group at Serhant. in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to drive growth by converting conversations into appointments and managing high volumes of leads.

You’ll work closely with top-producing agents and leverage proven scripts to deliver a seamless client experience. This on-site role requires comfort with phone outreach, CRM use, and flexible hours (including some evenings and weekends).

Compensation:
