Good Neighbor Realty is seeking an upbeat Inside Sales Agent to be the first voice our leads hear. You will call, text, and email our leads, spark interest in short-term rental investments, and connect potential buyers with the right agent.

This role offers a 40-hour workweek with some evenings and weekends, and can be in-office or remote depending on brokerage needs. Compensation includes hourly pay, appointment bonuses, and a share of brokerage commissions on closed deals.

• Book qualified appointments for real estate agents
• Introduce investors to short-term rental opportunities (Airbnb)
• Track and report on conversations and outcomes
