Job summary

Hamilton & Co. of Keller Williams Greenville Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina is hiring a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll prospect new leads, make cold calls, build relationships with clients, and improve our lead conversion rate.

You should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred), at least 1 year of real estate or sales experience, and excellent communication skills. Compensation starts at $45,000 plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in real estate ISA or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Expand our client base by identifying opportunities in target regions.
• Qualify prospects before moving them forward in the sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
• Use CRM to keep an up-to-date list of leads for agents to close deals.
• Assist in moving leads through listing and closing processes.
