You’ll prospect, convert leads, and guide transactions from start to finish, with weekly role-play and team meetings to sharpen your skills. This is a commission-based, full-time opportunity designed for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have an active real estate license or be enrolled in pre-licensing coursework.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn and use scripts and structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate your own leads, 15+ hours a week
• Convert leads to appointments and appointments to signed clients
• Consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and guide transactions start to finish
• Conduct open houses and build your local market expertise
• Track activity and clients in Brivity Technology
• Practice and internalize team scripts through weekly role-play
• Show up to team meetings and pull your weight as part of the group
