Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new business and manage relationships with owners, brokers, and investors.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills with a high-touch service mindset.
• Experience with real estate markets and basic underwriting/finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Promote Atlas culture and values across markets.
• Prospect into target markets and build working lists of owners, investors, and referral sources.
• Represent Atlas at events and turn connections into pipeline.
• Build referral networks with brokers, lenders, CPAs, and 1031 intermediaries.
• Deliver fast responses and keep CRM updated daily.
• Prepare proposals, management agreements, and client presentation materials.
• Report weekly on pipeline KPIs and collaborate with Growth/Marketing on campaigns.
