Job summary

Vision Realty & Management in Atlanta seeks a Business Development Manager in Real Estate/Property Management. You will drive growth using an established pipeline, own the front end of the process, and earn base + commission with six-month ramp.

You will build relationships with owners, investors, and agents, respond to leads, conduct discovery, and move opportunities through our proven sales process to long‑term management agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate/property management sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.
• Comfortable speaking with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own the front end of the growth process with qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships and understand owner needs.
• Move prospects from first conversation to signed management agreement.
• Respond quickly to new leads and manage CRM notes and pipeline stages.
• Present services clearly and confidently and build referral partnerships.
• Identify additional opportunities within existing markets.
