Qualifications

• Three + years' experience selling real estate required.
• Active Real Estate License required.
• Technologically proficient in PCs and Macs.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of business and financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Experience in training, coaching and leading people or groups preferred.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with impeccable grammar.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates by supporting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting efforts, onboarding new agents, coaching and mentoring our agents on business strategy and growth.
• Support day-to-day branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth by training and coaching agents on company tools and programs and leveraging relationships in the marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and RESPA and Fair Housing Standards in the branch office.
• Provide direction and support for staff in the branch office and promote extraordinary customer service.
