Coldwell Banker is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow the Milwaukee local brokerage office. You will recruit, develop, and motivate real estate agents, driving revenue and leveraging technology to support growth.

As a strong leader you’ll manage budgets, oversee office operations, and ensure compliance while representing the brand in the community to expand market share and success for the office.

Qualifications

• Experienced in residential real estate transactions with 3–5 years of sales experience; knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; hold active local real estate or broker’s license.
• Proven management success, including recruiting, training and encouraging teams.
• Self-motivated and ambitious, aware of current technology and willing to seek out and adopt new technology to drive growth.
• Contagious passion and a hard‑working desire to grow your career while attracting associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run the local Coldwell Banker brokerage office.
• Recruit, develop and reward real estate agents; drive revenue and profitability.
• Establish budgets and oversee office expenses; manage P&L to meet profitability targets.
