Scott Home Inspection seeks a self-driven Account Executive to promote our services to the real estate community and affiliated industries. You will develop new business relationships within assigned territories while maintaining existing referrals and growing market share.

This role requires effective communication of our mission and brand, strong networking, and face-to-face value-based relationships. Scott Home Inspection leads Colorado’s home inspection market and is expanding into Denver

Qualifications

• Must have outside sales experience and ability to meet sales objectives.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proficiency with Hubspot, Google Apps and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with agents through events, calls, and social media.
• Drive new business and sales via real estate agent referrals.
• Generate and conduct in-person meetings and presentations at real estate offices.
• Plan and execute in-house agent events and track expenses.
• Maintain CRM and document growth activity and follow-up.
• Attend weekly team meetings and support others as needed.
