Realtor.com is seeking an Account Executive to drive high-volume outbound sales of our Connections Plus lead product to real estate agents and brokers in the Scottsdale area. You will leverage a script, manage multiple CRM platforms, and relentlessly pursue new business opportunities with urgency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in tele-sales (cold calling preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Ability to stay solution-minded when facing objections.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business via high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate agents (100+ per day).
• Sell Connections Plus lead generation and related solutions.
• Use a script to present features and ROI to prospects.
• Meet performance goals and KPIs including productivity and compliance.
• Succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, competitive environment.
