• EPIQ Build Out: collaborate with IT to update data tabs.
• Data Entry Optimization: streamline data entry processes.
• Budget Comparison: compare underwritten projections to budgets.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: generate ad hoc reports for the team.
• On Boarding New Properties: assist with due diligence and onboarding.
• Asset Management: shadow Asset Managers and support weekly calls.
