Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate investment analytics or related roles.
• Strong understanding of real estate investments, P&L, and corporate finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment committee materials, including models and financial exhibits.
• Underwrite leases, tenant credit analysis, capital investments, and development projects.
• Model cash flows and property valuations; conduct asset and portfolio performance reviews.
• Lead analyses for asset performance, scenario planning, and decision making.
• Develop and maintain analytical models (Excel, Argus, Google Sheets).
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for revenue, cost, and capital efficiency.
