WNC & Associates in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director of Asset Management to oversee a diverse portfolio and an Asset Management team. You will report to the Vice President of Asset Management and collaborate with internal departments, partners, lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies.

The role focuses on financial reviews, portfolio strategies, site visits, and coordinating with third‑party management for long‑term value.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, development, or property management within affordable housing.
• Strong understanding of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD Section 8, etc.).
• Ability to evaluate operations, budgets, markets and management performance.
• Leadership and strategic-thinking capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Asset Management team and portfolio risk, growth strategy, and performance.
• Coordinate activities to meet investor, lender, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in stakeholder communications and portfolio-level updates.
• Develop and refine operating budgets for acquisitions and new assets.
• Provide strategic direction for integrating new assets into the portfolio.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with owners, partners, lenders, and regulators.
