• 4+ years in asset management, real estate finance, investments, valuation, acquisitions, FP&A or related analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze asset investment performance across the portfolio and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop asset and portfolio financial models including cash flow projections and valuation analyses.
• Support asset investment plans, CAPEX evaluations, and hold/sell decisions.
• Prepare portfolio reviews, executive presentations, and investment committee materials.
