Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or related field required or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or real estate finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with financial modeling and applying time value of money concepts (NPV, IRR).

Responsibilities

• Build and update financial models for development projects including sources and uses, cash flow projections, and return analyses.
• Lead regular forecasting and budgeting including variance analysis against projections.
• Perform due diligence on prospective real estate investments and monitor investment performance.
• Support underwriting and structuring of equity and debt with financial institutions including tax credit equity, construction loans, and permanent financing.
• Prepare investment memos, financial summaries, and presentations for senior leadership and financial partners.
• Manage project accounting including tracking budgets and supporting draw requests.
