A vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm is looking to add a Development Analyst to support its growing affordable housing platform in Nashville.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, including underwriting, financial analysis, project execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role offers strong exposure to affordable housing development projects from acquisition through stabilization.
