Housing Trust Group, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst who will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and partner with the Development team throughout the acquisition and development process, focusing on financial modeling, underwriting, and capital structuring with large financial institutions.

This salaried role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within real estate

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or related analytical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate or related field.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling and NPV/IRR knowledge.
• Experience in real estate development or affordable housing finance preferred.

Mansioni

• Build, maintain, and update financial models for development projects.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Perform due diligence on real estate investments and monitor investments.
• Support underwriting and structuring of equity and debt with lenders.
• Prepare investment memos and financial presentations for leadership.
• Manage project accounting and draw requests.
• Coordinate pre- and post-construction insurance binders.
• Act as a point of contact for investors and lenders.
