Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in financial analysis, real estate finance, accounting, or related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with financial modeling and NPV/IRR knowledge.
• Experience in real estate development or affordable housing finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update financial models for development projects.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting with variance analysis.
• Perform due diligence on prospective investments and monitor performance.
• Support underwriting and structuring of equity and debt with institutions.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for leadership and partners.
• Manage project accounting and budget tracking; support draw requests.
