Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance.
  • 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in real estate investments, asset management, or acquisitions.
  • Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Prior multifamily or residential real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support asset management efforts across a portfolio of housing investments, with a primary focus on multifamily properties.
  • Focus primarily on multi-family apartment investments, ranging from ground-up development to value-add renovations and core/stabilized investments.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, and property-level performance reviews.
  • Assist with acquisition, development, and disposition underwriting and due diligence.
  • Analyze market trends, operating performance, budgets, and business plans to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Prepare investment materials, portfolio reporting, hold/sell analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with property management, leasing, brokerage, and investment teams to execute portfolio objectives.

We are partnering with a leading institutional real estate investment platform seeking a Senior Analyst to support asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio oversight across a national housing investment portfolio. This role offers broad exposure to multifamily and residential investments, including development, value-add, and stabilized assets, while working closely with senior investment professionals on portfolio strategy and performance initiatives.
