Job summary

Bellwether seeks an Associate, Asset Management to support investments and portfolio management for debt and equity platforms nationwide. The role involves building and updating financial models, coordinating with JV partners, and preparing investor reports.

You will also assist in presenting to senior management and supporting marketing initiatives to grow the platform, with travel as needed across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in real estate asset management or related fields.
• Experience across asset classes (debt/equity) and client-facing work preferred.
• Proficient in advanced financial modeling and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ARGUS Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain financial models for property/project projections and debt financing.
• Support asset management, including return analysis, JV coordination, and investor reporting.
• Prepare investor materials and deliver presentations to senior management.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive platform growth.
• Track investment performance; review leases, contracts, JV and loan agreements; monitor capital activity.
