Job summary

Bellwether is seeking analysts for its 2027 Debt Analyst Class in Dallas/El Segundo. You will support the asset management team, handle complex financial analyses, and participate in underwriting debt investments across various property types.

Bachelor's degree required with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Summer 2027.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Assist in proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of debt investments across various property types.
Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance.
Perform market-level due diligence and maintain asset-level cash flow reforecasting models.
Organize investment level data on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Support AI initiatives and development of programs to improve efficiency.
