Renovo Search is seeking a seasoned land acquisition lead to drive outreach to landowners for solar/storage projects in Texas. You will source parcels, initiate contact, explain leasing options, and hand over engaged landowners to the development team for negotiation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building, and meticulous record-keeping to support project pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in land acquisition or related real estate role.
• Proven negotiation skills with landowners.
• Experience researching ownership via deeds, plat maps, tax roles and public records.
• GIS and land prospecting software proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Identify landowners and find contact details from public sources.
• Reach out by phone, text, and email to discuss leasing or selling land.
• Visit properties in person when needed.
• Present project opportunities clearly and outline next steps.
• handover engaged landowners to the development team to start negotiations.
• Maintain accurate outreach and handover records.
• Refine outreach approaches to improve response rates.
