Job summary

Fractal Power is seeking a senior Land Acquisition professional to secure long-term lease and purchase agreements for its Distributed Generation battery storage portfolio in Texas. This hybrid role requires a closer mindset and deep knowledge of Texas land rights.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in renewable land acquisition, a Texas real estate license or AAPL certification, and strong negotiation skills. Travel across ERCOT is expected. Competitive salary with meaningful equity and benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years in Land Acquisition preferred within Renewable Energy (Texas Oil & Gas also accepted).
Texas Real Estate License or AAPL certification (CPL or RPL) are a plus.
Proven track record of managing the complete land acquisition lifecycle for energy projects in Texas, from outreach to definitive agreements.
Proficiency in courthouse record research, title curative work, and GIS mobile tools.

Responsibilities

Launch multi-channel outreach to landowners and secure long-term lease or purchase agreements.
Travel across ERCOT territories and meet landowners in person to represent the company.
Negotiate Lease Options, Lease Agreements, and Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSA).
Provide real-time feedback to development team on ground-level issues.
