Job summary

Greenvolt is seeking a Land Manager to lead land acquisition, site control, and related diligence for utility-scale renewable energy and storage projects. You will coordinate with partners, landowners, title firms, and internal teams to advance leases, rights, and the critical milestones from origination through construction readiness.

The role requires practical renewable energy land experience, strong project management, and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams across development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, planning, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, real estate development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating landowners, title, survey, and due diligence.
• Ability to manage complex projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate land acquisition and site control strategies for project sites, gen-tie routes, access, and facilities.
• Manage development partners and consultants; review deliverables and drive open items to resolution.
• Build relationships with landowners, adjacent owners, utilities, and road authorities; coordinate payments and commitments.
• Ensure land rights and related items are advanced for financing, NTP, and construction; prepare handoff materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Development, Legal, Engineering, Permitting, Finance, and Construction.
• Support greenfield development, interconnection, permitting, and due diligence to transition opportunities into plans.
