Job summary

Greenvolt Group seeks a Land Manager to lead land and real estate activities for utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects. You will coordinate land diligence, leases, title, and surveys, working with partners, landowners, and internal teams to advance site control from origination through construction readiness.

The role blends real estate transactions, greenfield assessments, M&A due diligence, consultant management, and project controls to support development priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, project management, planning, engineering, environment, or law, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in renewable energy, real estate development, or project development.
• Experience supporting land acquisition, site control, title, survey, and related diligence.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead land acquisition and site control strategies for project sites, gen-tie routes, and access.
• Coordinate title, survey, and land diligence activities with external partners.
• Manage landowner relationships, negotiations, and land rights documentation.
• Track obligations, option periods, notices, payments, and recording requirements.
• Coordinate with development partners, counsel, and internal teams for diligence and risk management.
• Prepare handoff materials and support construction readiness from land perspective.
• Advance multiple development projects with schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
