Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Regional Real Estate Manager to lead development across the designated geography.

You will supervise projects from market plan to opening, coordinating with the Triad, attorneys, and operations leadership to ensure timely delivery and minimized risk. The role requires a BA/BS in real estate or finance, 5–8 years of QSR site selection experience in the region, and strong people leadership with proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in real estate, finance, or GIS related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in field with QSR real estate site selection.
• Ability to manage people and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 20+ real estate projects annually from market plan to opening.
• Negotiate terms with landlords from small investors to REITs while coordinating with attorneys.
• Present plans and updates to executive leadership and ELT sub-committee.
• Maintain accurate real estate data in Chipotle’s project management system.
